Purebody Pilates Barre is the signature barre class for Purebody. A class designed for conditioning and toning using high repetition and full range movements. The whole body will be sculpted whilst focusing on posture, incorporating the elegance of a ballet class.
Classical ballet moves along with elements of fitness, Pilates, dance and yoga will allow your body to feel free whilst shaping, strengthening and lengthening. Dynamic and static movements are used to help align your body and increase flexibility.
Strong and lean muscles are developed and the class will leave you with a stronger body and overall improved balance and well-being.
The class is set to upbeat and up to date music with regular changes in choreography; each class is different from the last. Floor barre moves at the end of the class lead to a restorative stretch to realign your body and complete the class.
