Barre Workout

An exciting and invigorating form of exercise combining the elements of cardio, yoga, ballet and Pilates, all in one class!!

Small Studio Apparatus

Mat work classes are often planned to include; foam rollers, chi balls, bands, weights, or magic circles.  Incorporating small studio equipment helps to reinforce the benefits of Pilates and provides a rewarding and enjoyable programme.

Every exercise is built around the eight key principles of Pilates.

Mat & barre classes are charged at £12.50 for each drop-in class at Accomplish Pilates.   Package options available.

Places for the Barre must be booked in advance as places are limited.

All classes run on a term time basis and classes can be cancelled with advance notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

All classes are taught in a fun and friendly environment!

No refunds for sessions cancelled within 12 hours.  Clients are required to attend a Pilates One-One session if they are starting the Mat class as an absolute beginner.

Reformer Private class

The reformer offers all the famous benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. These things in turn lead to daily life improvements like better posture, graceful, efficient movement, and for many, relief from pain associated with physical imbalances such as back pain.

Each level must be mastered before moving onto the next….

Sports Massage – appointments available upon request.

Massage can be used pre, inter and post competition, as well as being a maintenance treatment and used in rehabilitation.

You don’t have to be an athlete to benefit from Sports massage! These benefits are valuable not only for athletes, but for anyone who works out on a regular basis or suffers the stresses and strains of everyday life!

It is suitable for clients without complaints who enjoy a deep tissue massage. The aims of a Sports Massage are to improve flexibility of muscles and joints, improve circulation and speed the healing of damaged tissue. It is also an amazing preventative tool against future injuries.
