In addition to group sessions I also offer private one to one classes in Pilates. These sessions offer you a tailor made program specific to your needs.
They are particularly beneficial for those recovering from injuries or suffering from muscle imbalances & for anyone wanting to improve their sporting performance.
Sessions can be done on a one to one basis, or if you would like to train with a friend or a partner I also offer sessions for two participants with one instructor.
These sessions are usually done from a Pilates studio or dependent on distance, at your home if that is more suitable. The cost will vary for a home visit, dependent on distance.
